We will draft, confirm and serve your tenant with a legally binding S21 6a with 2 months notice to quit

We will establish the relevant grounds which will be the basis of the S8 document, confirming and then delivering to your tenant with the agreed date they are required to leave by (min 2 weeks)

Both notices (Section 21 6a & section 8) will be drafted, confirmed and presented to your tenant requiring them to leave by a specific date

We handle the full eviction process — from preparing your case and submitting paperwork to paying court fees and securing a possession order. In most cases, the judge gives the tenant 14 days to leave.
